Filip Reščić and Tomislav Terzić participated at the Fifth annual conference on quantum gravity phenomenology in the multi-messenger era (QGMM24, https://teorica.fis.ucm.es/QGMM24/). The conference took place on 15th-19th July 2024 at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), and was hosted by the “Instituto de Física de Partículas y del Cosmos” (IPARCOS).
Filip Reščić delivered a talk “Approaches to photon absorption in a Lorentz invariance violation scenario”, in which he presented the main results published in the paper Carmona et al. (2024), Phys. Rev. D, 110, 063035 (ArXiv: 2404.07842).
Tomislav Terzić delivered a talk “Using machine learning in searches for LIV”, in which he presented the very first results of the ANN-VIL project.
Annual conferences on quantum gravity phenomenology in the multi-messenger era are followup events of the COST Action CA18108.
